10/18/2014 - HS FOOTBALL - Hounds vs Chiefs

The FM Bloodhound football team was host to the Keokuk Chiefs for Senior Night Friday, October 17th at Richmond Stadium Jim Youel Field. The teams split on the night as the Freshman Hounds won 54-22 and the Varsity Hounds fell 35-20. Some Hound Highlights are listed below.

Freshman Game - 51 yard touchdown pass from Brody McGhghy to Shance Redd-Donald. Redd Donald ran in for the 2 point conversion. McGhghy ran 26 yards for a TD. McGhghy then scored from 12 yards out. 2 point conversion pass caught by Quentin(Q) Estrada. McGhghy then scored again from 6 yards out. McGhghy then threw a 22 yard pass to Quentin (Q) Estrada for a Touchdown making it 34-0. Keokuk finally scored with 1:53 in the 3rd quarter. Alex Gully then ran for 53 yards and 54 yards that went for touchdowns. Tyler O'Tool had the final touchdown from 2 yards out. He also ran in for the 2 point conversion. Hounds win 54-22.

Varsity Game - Kameron Cooper scored from 20 yards out for the Hounds first touchdown. Brayden Gaylord kicked for the extra point. Jack Wright had runs of 12 yards and 30 yards that went for Touchdowns. Brayden Gaylord kicked the extra point and one was wide as the Hounds trailed at half 21-20. Unfortunately, the Hounds couldn't score in the second half making the final score 35-20.
